RESEARCH AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY

Profile :

The Research and Information Technology Laboratory manages two laboratory units, namely:

  1. Research Laboratory
  2. Information Technology Laboratory

RESEARCH LABORATORY

Research Laboratory is an integrated research laboratory (LPT) for conducting research and testing, both in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical biology. This laboratory manages the administration of research and testing both by UAD internal researchers and researchers from outside UAD (external parties).

To conduct research, each researcher must follow the Research Administration Procedures:

Some of the forms used are as follows:

  1. Request for research permit by researchers from UAD (download Form 01)
  2. Request for research permit by researchers from outside UAD (download Form 01A)
  3. Research permit by the Head of Research Laboratory (Form 03).
  4. List of laboratory facility usage (download Form 04)
  5. Tool and material free statement letter from laboratory assistants (Form 05)
  6. Laboratory facility free statement letter signed by the Vice Dean (Form 06)
  7. Permit to work overtime at night (download Form 07)
  8. Research permit checklist form (download Form 08)
  9. Laboratory checklist form (download Form 09)

Some of the tools and instruments available for research at LPT are:
